  8. Thanks for a great article, Jason. A lot of social media efforts will not necessarily turn into sales. Some connections/followers will be ambassadors but not necessarily customers. Personally, if you can identify where your customers are, you can design a better socil media effort, in my opinion.

    This is really interesting. My question has always been how do you get people to engage though? I post what I feel are engaging topics or posts and I get nothing. Post a cat picture, I’m getting tons of shares and likes and comments. How can you drive engagement without resorting to posting only memes?

      Thanks Donald. I think you have to keep the right mix. You never know what will go viral, so you have to post things that maybe aren’t on message, but that your fans might enjoy. Just be sure you point that fact out to them.
