Xbox One S is Your Ultimate Family Night Device

When I’m not researching all things social media, I like to spend time with my family. The kids are also getting older, and that’s why I try to make as many nights as I can “family night”. We are always looking for fun things we can do together. I love to play video games with my son. My daughter and I are constantly binge watching TV shows (currently Supernatural). My wife and I really enjoy watching movies, and also doing it with the four of us. I’ve tested lots of devices, and played many gaming systems. What can handle all this? That’s right, the Xbox One S.

Technology moves so fast I’m always amazed at how much better it gets each time. That is clearly the case with this device. I’ve had the Xbox, Xbox 360, and the Xbox One. All great devices. None of them can hold a candle to the in game graphics on the Xbox One S. It’s so cool my 13 year old son is even playing Minecraft again. The split screen mode is great for us to play together. He is hooked on basketball right now, so we have also been playing a lot of NBA 2K17. The colors of the court and movement of the players is incredible.

My personal favorite is the 4K HD. No other device could stream 4K content on Netflix and Amazon Video, and watch Ultra HD Blu-ray™ movies until the Xbox One S came out. It is not only the first, but still the only device available that can do this. The picture is incredible. The first time we used my wife said, “movie night just became more awesome”. If you are thinking of buying a new system, you’ve gotta check this one out. I’m really impressed.

I am big fan of the Xbox One myself, I moved away from PlayStation a few years ago and glad I did. I know what you mean on the family part, it is a good way of getting everyone together, even if your kids have to give you a bit of teaching haha. Thanks for the write up and wish you all the best for 2017.
